Margaritas
Mono Loco's margaritas are known to be the best in Charlottesville. Our House Margarita is made with fresh lime juice, Bols Triple Sec and Sauza Gold Tequila, served in a 16oz pint glass on the rocks. For the summer try a fresh pressed watermelon margarita, along with our standards: white peach, blueberry, blood orange, or strawberry. The RazRita, one of our house specialties, is made with Chambord Raspberry Liquer and muddled raspberries, the glass rimmed with either sugar or salt. -
Mojitos
Mono Loco offers the Cuban version of the mint julep: the Mojito. Bacardi Silver Rum, lime juice, a little sugar and muddled mint makes this the perfect cocktail! Try the original, with mint and lime only, or try our Raspberry Mojito or the Midnight Mojito, made with Meyer's Dark Rum, mint, blackberries and blueberries and every summer calls for the fresh Watermelon Mojito...mmm..tasty! -
Wine
Mono Loco offers a nice selection of South American wines from Mendoza in Argentina across Chile's Central and San Rafael Valley. Like the wine and foods of many great cuisines, New Latin stylings can always find a charming pairing from the same locale, whether your tastes run to spice, sweet, berry or dry.. Ask your server for a recommendation.
